Reduced Carbon Footprint

Every material in Watershed was vetted under strict requirements designed to promote non-toxic products, responsible industry and local sourcing. As a result, Watershed has a reduced carbon footprint and promotes a healthier ecosystem.

As part of the Materials Petal, Watershed also salvaged and reused 14 items, including repurposed wood now in the elevator lobby that was also used to the create the board form concrete in the lobby.
